Great! Sorry about the oversight there, it was a user error on my side not recognizing the correct gem.

Another note. I believe the correct format for the function call above is:
<code>
require 'wordlist/builders/website'

Wordlist::Builders::Website.build('list.txt',{:host => 'www.example.com'})
</code>

Hmm it appears I did forget to delete http://github.com/postmodern/wordlist, after moving the repository over to the http://github.com/sophsec/ account. The published gem (available on gemcutter/rubyforge) is based off the http://github.com/sophsec/wordlist repository and should include Wordlist::Builders::Website.

Just a point of clarification for anyone who hope to use the Wordlist::Builders::Website lib. This functionality is not included in the published wordlist gem (which seems to come from the github.com/postmodern/wordlist), but from github.com/sophsec/wordlist. Postmodern, you may want to push a gem from the sophsec branch and possibly make a note in the Readme for postmodern/wordlist.

Why thank you.

Although, there are some things that need improving, or are impossible with the current design; such as how Ruby keeps local variables local to their file. I also received one report of reloading not triggering on OSX. Perhaps I should integrate Watchr into Sketches? Any bugs, improvements or uses are welcomed.

Nice one. I think this may be the best incarnation of this IRB utility I've seen. [snags]

I cannot comment for why other hate it, but my pet peeve with the language is mostly the community itself, who praises the langauge as if it's the best thing ever invented. It's has it's place, but fanboys don't see it that way.

Aside from that, when Ruby's "magic" fails, it fails hard. Debugging "something" that has mystically gone wrong is damned near impossible, no matter how many tools you throw at it.

Aside from that, the syntax is actually rather inconsistent.

This isn't something I have against agile programming - I absolutely LOOOOOVE Groovy and Grails.

It's also dead simple to deploy Sinatra apps to Heroku.
http://blog.heroku.com/archives/2009/3/5/32_deploy_merb_sinatra_or_any_rack_app_to_heroku/
http://docs.heroku.com/rack
Also I've blogged about my experience doing just that.

Thanks for reminding me about the slides. The slides are available in XHTML form at http://ronin.rubyforge.org/talks/publishing_and_mayhem.html. The source-code for the slides is also available on github, http://github.com/postmodern/ronin.rubyforge.org/tree/master/xml/talks. Most all of the slides should have notes attached to them, which was basically my script for the presentation.

By having notes on each slide and open-sourcing the slides, the goal was to allow others to give their own presentations on Ronin.

Thanks for getting back to me. After a bit of trial and error I've fathomed out how to create a blacklist for Spidr, but some more examples of the various features of Spidr would certainly prove very helpful to those of us that are ruby novices, and would likely increase the number of people actively using Spidr.
